- On-site observation and inventory including soil profile wells
- Site analysis: soil, relief, water flows, wind and existing elements
- Customer conversation: your wishes, needs, habits and vision for the future
- Drone flight with current orthophoto
- Draft plan in co-creation
- Drafting of a zoning plan including water and circulation: spatial planning based on intensity of use and natural logic.
