Are you considering buying a piece of land and wondering whether it can support the life you have in mind? Or do you already own land and want to better understand its possibilities?

During a land consultation, we look at the whole landscape — its soil, water, slope, orientation, vegetation, microclimates and existing features — while keeping your own dreams and plans at the centre.

Together, we explore what the land can become, what its opportunities and limitations are, and what your next steps could be.

In half a day we can do a lot together, for example:
  • assess a piece of land before you buy it
  • explore the potential of your existing land
  • look at soil, water, slope and microclimates
  • explore the potential for orchards, food forests, agroforestry, animals or food production
  • assess existing trees and vegetation
  • identify planning, land-use or regulatory questions that may need further investigation
  • discuss soil improvement and management
  • clarify priorities and next steps

The consultation is always shaped around your land and the questions you bring.

Included:

Site visit (up to 2.5 hours)

We walk the land together, take time to observe what is already there and explore the questions you bring. I share my observations, experience and practical advice with you directly on site.

Follow-up assessment — up to 1.5 hours

After the visit, I bring my observations together and identify the main opportunities, limitations and recommended next steps. You receive this either in a follow-up video call or as a concise written summary.

The consultation is an advisory assessment and does not include detailed site research, measurements or a design plan. If you want to develop the whole site further, the next step can be a Zoning Plan.

Travel from Piloña

Travel within [30min.] from Piloña is included. For locations further away, an additional travel fee applies. Individual site consultations are generally possible within approximately 1.5 hours from Piloña.
