A zoning plan is a deeper design process in which we move from observation and analysis to an actual spatial plan for your land.

We combine what the landscape is telling us with your wishes, priorities and future plans. From there, we work towards a clear structure for the whole site — showing how the different functions can support each other and where they can best find their place.

The result is a scaled zoning plan that brings together the main functions of the land, circulation, water strategy and the relationship between the different zones.

 It becomes the foundation for everything that follows: detailed planting plans, soil improvement, orchards, food forests, agroforestry and implementation.

Every piece of land is different, and so is every project. The final investment depends on the size and complexity of the site, the number of functions to bring together, and the level of detail required.

After a free introductory meeting, I can assess the scope of the project and provide you with a clear, tailored proposal before we begin.

From there, we can gradually bring the different parts of the land into more detail, following your priorities, resources and the natural development of the site.

This can include detailed planting plans, species and cultivar selection, soil improvement strategies, orchard or food forest design, agroforestry layouts, and implementation guidance.
